Noel is a Colorado native. He grew up in Castle Rock and graduated from Douglas County High School. He began his land surveying career in
1978 working for Dennis J. Gelvin in Franktown, Colorado. In 1986 he began working with Rea, Cassens and Associates as a surveyor and
ending as a project manager on civil engineering jobs. Noel has worked on projects in New Mexico, Washington, Hawaii and Alaska, performing
both civil engineering and land surveying for the public and private sectors.
In June of 1988 he passed the L.S.I.T. exam, and by June of 1989 qualified for and passed the P.L.S. exam.
He started his first land surveying company in 1989. He sold this company to Leonard Rice Consulting Water Engineers in 1991 and took a
position with the company.
In 1994 he established his current land surveying company, C.C.S. Consultants, Inc.

Doug was born and raised in Lakewood, graduated from Alameda High School and began a career in construction. During 1990-91 he
attended Aims Community College and received an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering. After graduation he worked for the Public Works
Department at the City of Longmont and the City of Black Hawk as a manager for the city force account and development review. His surveying
career began in 1995 working for C.C.S. Consultants, Inc. He has since worked on projects throughout Colorado, conducting surveys for the
public and private sectors.
In October of 1999 passed the L.S.I.T. exam.

Justin was born in Colorado Springs at the Air Force Academy. He graduated from Overland High School in 1991 and attended college at the
University of Northern Colorado from 1991-1994. After a short time in construction he began a career in land surveying. In 1999 he enrolled in
and completed the surveying and mapping program at Metropolitan State College of Denver. He worked for several land surveying companies
until he was hired by C.C.S. Consultants, Inc. in 2006. Justin has worked on projects throughout Colorado and Wyoming.
He is an expert when it comes to the understanding and use of G.P.S. equipment.
He has qualified for and will take the L.S.I.T. exam in April 2010.
