Noel L. Potter, Professional Land SurveyorNOEL POTTER PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR

Noel is a Colorado native.  He grew up in Castle Rock and graduated from Douglas County High School.  He began his land surveying career in 1978 working for Dennis J. Gelvin in Franktown, Colorado.  In 1986 he began working with Rea, Cassens and Associates as a surveyor and ending as a project manager on civil engineering jobs.  Noel has worked on projects in New Mexico, Washington, Hawaii and Alaska, performing both civil engineering and land surveying for the public and private sectors. In June of 1988 he passed the L.S.I.T. exam, and by June of 1989 qualified for and passed the P.L.S. exam. He started his first land surveying company in 1989. He sold this company to Leonard Rice Consulting Water Engineers in 1991 and took a position with the company. In 1994 he established his current land surveying company, C.C.S. Consultants, Inc.

Weston D. Spears, Professional Land SurveyorWESTON SPEARS PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR

Weston began surveying in 1995 working for C.C.S. Consultants, Inc.  He is proficient in boundary surveys, section breakdowns, subdivision plats, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, land survey plats, improvement survey plats, condominium/town home plats, improvement location certificates, drainage certificates, route surveys, well plats, design surveys, topographic maps, descriptions and control networks. Additionally, he has researched deeds and title commitments for land acquisitions, lease agreements and easements regarding highway right-of-way, utilities and oil/gas pipelines.  He has worked on projects throughout the United States, conducting surveys for the public and private sectors.

Brett Lopez

Born and raised in southern Colorado, Brett started with CCS Consultants, Inc. in 2014. He has experience in the preparation of design surveys, ALTAs, topographic mapping, boundary retracement, improvement surveys and construction staking.  Brett is a strong communicator and works well with on-site personnel.

 

Jason Edwards

Jason has been surveying since 2002.  Originally from Mississippi he now calls Colorado home.  Jason has vast experience in construction staking, design surveys and ALTA’s.  He has understanding in land development and subdivisions.  Jason is amiable and has proven this in relations with clients.

 

Lynn Greer

Lynn has been working with CAD based program since 1999.  She has been a manager for firms around the area.  Lynn is skilled in the preparation of ALTA surveys, subdivision platting, residential surveys, topographic mapping and construction calculations.  She has  experience dealing with projects in private and public sectors.

Doug was born and raised in Lakewood, graduated from Alameda High School and began a career in construction.  During 1990-91 he attended Aims Community College and received an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering.  After graduation he worked for the Public Works Department at the City of Longmont and the City of Black Hawk as a manager for the city force account and development review.  His surveying career began in 1995 working for C.C.S. Consultants, Inc.  He has worked on projects throughout Colorado, conducting surveys for the public and private sectors. In October of 1999 passed the L.S.I.T. exam.
