Project:                         The Ridge at Hiwan
Location:                       Evergreen, Colorado

Subdivision plats on multiple parcels were prepared and processed through Jefferson County.  We provided construction
staking of all roads, utilities, and storm detention facilities.  During the project we worked closely with the landscape planners
and owner to lessen the environmental impact of much of the road and storm detention construction, through design and field
modifications.


Project:                         Topographic Maps
Location:                       Front Range, Colorado

C.C.S. Consultants, Inc. provides detailed topographic maps, showing the location of all surface features such as trees, rock
outcrops, utilities, legal boundaries, lot lines, easements and rights-of-way, for use in the locations and design of homes, in
several subdivisions along the front range.  Additional services include foundation staking, boundary surveys, and
improvement location certificates.

These services are provided to several developers and architectural firms along the front range and western slope.

A boundary survey and topographic map of an eight acre tract was completed.  This information was used in the creation of a
subdivision plat and design of improvements to the property.  Staking services for the construction of streets, overlot and all
utilities were provided.  Also, record drawings of the streets and utilities were completed to city standards and filed.


Project:                          City Surveyor
Location:                       Black Hawk, Colorado

We have been the City Surveyor since 1995.  During this time a complete re-survey of the town site, including all interior
blocks, streets, and the exterior boundary, based upon the original 1866 map was completed.  Annexation maps for several
mineral surveys near the City have been conducted.  Other services include field gathering data and preparation of existing
condition maps for utility and road design, deed retracements, preparing and confirming easement descriptions and land
survey plats within the city boundary, preparation of zoning maps on gaming boundaries for state filing and expert witness
testimony.


Project:                          The Ritz Carlton Hotel
Location:                        Aspen, Colorado
Client:                             Leonard Rice Consulting Water Engineers, Inc.

Services were retained for the preparation of an existing condition map showing surface features and underground utilities on
the project site.  This information was used for utility relocations, curb and gutter street design.  Noel Potter also designed the
new street alignment and curb around the hotel site and provided all the field staking needed for construction of the streets,
parking and utilities.


Project:                          Sanitary Sewer System Mapping
Location:                       Aspen, Colorado
Client:                            Aspen Consolidated Sanitation District

Existing condition maps of the existing sanitary sewer system.  The purpose of the project was to gather field data on the
horizontal and vertical locations of all manholes and surface facilities and provide the District with drawings showing inverts,
line slopes, and conditions at each manhole.  This data was later transferred to District maps for personnel use.  In mapping
the system all manholes, lines and facilities were vertically tied to the same datum.


Project:                         The Lodges
Location:                       Bergen Park, Colorado

A subdivision plat was prepared and filed at Jefferson County.  Construction staking of streets, utilities and improvements
were furnished.  Working in conjunction with the owner and engineer modifications to the site were made to provide additional
parking and more esthetic street-scapes.  The subdivision is comprised of single family homes and condominiums.  
Condominium maps have been completed and filed.


Project:                         Aspen Airport General Aviation Terminal
Location:                      Aspen, Colorado
Client:                            Shaw Construction

Provided construction staking services for interior building gridlines, curb and gutter, parking areas and utilities on the sight.  
We verified the original site designs and with the approval of Shaw Construction made modifications to optimize the intent of
the design.


Project:                         Colorado State Highway No. 82 Realignment
Location:                      Aspen, Colorado
Client:                            Elam Construction

Construction staking for the new highway alignment.  This included slope staking, red and blue tops and establish control for
concrete box culverts and sanitary sewer.  During construction survey notes and reports were provided to the project engineer.  
Also we provided the information needed for design modifications and collected the necessary field information and
calculations for pay quantities on the project.


Project:                         Tanoa at Elk Meadow Filings No. 2-5
Location:                      Evergreen, Colorado
Client:                            Rea, Cassens and Associates, Inc.

We have been involved throughout all phases of development of these subdivisions.  We prepared boundary surveys on the
original tracts of land, subdivision plats and design calculations.  We provide all construction staking of streets, water, storm
and sanitary sewer lines.  Our involvement now is with several companies furnishing them with topographic services, site
plan calculations and construction layout.  


Project:                         Sanitary Sewer Easements
Location:                       Evergreen, Co
Client:                            Evergreen Metropolitan Sanitary District

Easements, exhibits and descriptions are prepared on existing and proposed utilities in the Evergreen area for the district.  
Existing condition maps and control nets on  proposed sanitary sewer line routes are produced and provided to the design
engineer.  We also provide the district with construction staking services.


Project:                         Saddleback
Location:                       Idaho Springs, Colorado
Client:                           Saddleback LLC

C.C.S. Consultants, Inc. is contracted to prepare a subdivision plat on several hundred acres of land near Idaho Springs.  A
boundary survey requiring several section breakdowns has been completed.  A topographic map of the area was digitized and
imposed on the boundary for lot and street layout.  We work in tandem with the civil engineer to create the drawings for utility
and road designs.  Construction staking of the roads and utilities are being provided.


Project:                         Cochetopa Estates
Location:                       Salida, Colorado
Client:                            Leonard Rice Consulting Water Engineers, Inc.

Initially a boundary survey, an existing conditions map and topographic map were completed.  A subdivision plat was
prepared and filed at Chaffee County.  Working closely with the engineer, we developed designed drawings for the overlot
grading, streets, sanitary sewer, water lines and provided the construction staking needed to install the utilities build the
streets.


Project:                         Vigil – St. Vrain Land Grant
Location:                      Pueblo, Colorado
Client:                            LMD Interests

A boundary retracement survey was completed on a 120 square mile ranch, the Vigil St. Vrain Land Grant.  This project
required 55 individual section breakdowns to determine the boundary.  A flight control network covering the 120 square mile
ranch was established for aerial mapping of the entire land grant.  In addition to the flight topography detailed topographic
maps were prepared on several sites for irrigation planning and building design.  Also exhibits and descriptions were
prepared on encroachments along the boundary.


Project:                         Hidden Valley Water Line
Location:                       Black Hawk, Colorado
Client:                            City of Black Hawk

Working in conjunction with the city attorney and title company ownership maps were developed along a five mile long
waterline route.  Based upon this information easement descriptions and exhibits were created for the waterline and facilities.  
A flight control network for aerial topographic mapping along the five mile route was established.  Using the flight information
we developed profile sheets for use in design of the waterline.  Construction staking services were provided and record
drawings on the waterline have been prepared.
