C.C.S. Consultants, Inc. provides detailed topographic maps, showing the location of surface features
such as trees, rock outcrops, utilities, legal boundaries, lot lines, easements and rights-of-way, for use
in the locations and design of homes in several subdivisions along the front range. Additional services
include foundation staking, boundary surveys, and improvement location certificates.
This type of service is provided to several developers and architectural firms along the front range and
western slope.

Control networks based upon many different datums (NGS, local, assumed, etc.)
are established per the project needs. We work in conjunction with several mapping companies,
to match each company's unique skill with a specific project.
