Noel L. Potter, Professional Land SurveyorNOEL POTTER PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR

Noel is a Colorado native.  He grew up in Castle Rock and graduated from Douglas County High School.  He began his land surveying career in 1978 working for Dennis J. Gelvin in Franktown, Colorado.  In 1986 he began working with Rea, Cassens and Associates as a surveyor and ending as a project manager on civil engineering jobs.  Noel has worked on projects in New Mexico, Washington, Hawaii and Alaska, performing both civil engineering and land surveying for the public and private sectors. In June of 1988 he passed the L.S.I.T. exam, and by June of 1989 qualified for and passed the P.L.S. exam. He started his first land surveying company in 1989. He sold this company to Leonard Rice Consulting Water Engineers in 1991 and took a position with the company. In 1994 he established his current land surveying company, C.C.S. Consultants, Inc.

Michael P. Allen, Professional Land Surveyor

Mike started his land surveying career in 1975 working for Dennis J. Gelvin.  He left Dennis in 1982 and opened up his first company Front Range Development.  This company grew to include civil engineering and development both in Colorado and California.  Mike sold the company and focused on building a new company in Pagosa Springs then another survey company in Florida.  Mike is now licensed to survey in Florida, Colorado and California.  He is experienced in all faucets of land surveying.

Spencer Priest

Spencer started with CCS Consultants, Inc. in 2007 as a crew hand and has since educated and trained to become a top level project manager.  He has both field and office experience in the preparation of design surveys, ALTAs, topographic mapping, boundary retracement, improvement surveys and construction staking.  Spencer is a strong communicator and works well with clients, on-site personnel and our crews.  He has extensive knowledge in the use of GPS field equipment and Autocad, GPS and survey data collection programs.

Spencer is involved with and overseeing projects in Colorado and California, ranging from large residential construction projects to topographic, utility mapping for civil design jobs.
